摘 要:本文以水灰比为0.31的水泥和添加不同矿物掺合料的水泥为研究对象,采用人工气候模拟试验箱,使其水化环境维持在-3℃,测定其水泥净浆和添加不同矿物掺合料的水泥水化程度。通过试验,研究了掺合料对水泥水化程度的影响和水泥水化的规律。对试验原材料性能进行了测试,分别进行了不同矿物掺合料以及不同配合比的水泥浆体水化热测定和水化程度计算。试验结果表明:在-3℃的养护环境下,混合水泥比纯水泥的水化程度低,但是降低的幅度不完全与掺量成比例关系。通过试验同时拟合出了-3℃下添加矿物掺合料的水泥水化规律曲线函数,为定量化研究水泥水化提供参考依据。通过对比试验数据,函数曲线与-3℃下添加矿物掺合料的水泥水化规律有较高的相符程度。In this paper,cement and cement of addition different mineral admixtures with water cement ratio of 0. 31 are studied. Using artificial climate simulation test chamber, the cement hydration environment is maintained at- 3 ℃,hydration degree of cement paste and the addition different mineral admixtures are determined. By experiment,study the effect of mineral admixture on cement hydration and the cement hydration rules of add various mineral admixtures. Properties of the raw material were tested,hydration heat of cement with the different mineral admixture and different cement pastes ratio by measure and hydration degree calculation. The test results show that,under the hydration environment of- 3 ℃,cement was replaced with fly ash and slag,hydration degree of blended cement is lower. However,reduction degree of hydration is not proportional with the addition of fly ash or slag. At the same time the fitted curve of cement hydration rules function to add mineral admixture of- 3 ℃,to provide reference for quantitative study of cement hydration. Through the comparison of test data,the function curve is in higher agreement with the cement hydration regulation of adding mineral admixture.
