摘 要:为了寻找一种环保、低温不锈钢着色新工艺,以钼酸铵为主着色盐,添加多种不同添加剂对不锈钢进行着色,通过正交试验优选着色工艺。通过控制着色时间,得到了金黄色、深红色、绿色、深绿色、黑色等多种色彩的着色膜。采用X射线能谱仪(EDAX)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析了着色膜的表面形貌和元素组成;通过电化学测试方法和机械摩擦法研究了着色膜的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,并分析其机理。结果表明:着色膜致密、色泽光亮、鲜艳,主要成分为Mo O2,不锈钢着色后耐腐蚀性及耐磨性大幅提高;本工艺稳定、常温可操作,具有很好的应用前景。A new environmentally-friendly,low-temperature coloring process of stainless steel was investigated by a series of orthogonal experiment in this paper. The ammonium molybdate was selected as the main coloring component,and the optimal ratio and processing parameters were obtained through adding a variety of additives. The interference films with the color of golden yellow,burgundy,bottle green,brownness and black were successfully produced on stainless steel by controlling the electrolytic time. The composition and surface morphology were characterized by energy dispersive X-ray( EDAX)and scanning electron microscope( SEM). Their corrosion resistance and wear resistance were studied by potentiodynamic polarization curves and mechanical friction tests,and their mechanisms were also analyzed. Results showed that colored films were compact,colorful and bright with MoO 2as the main component in the films. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the stainless steel were greatly improved after coloring process. Besides,this process was stable and could be operated at room temperature,showing a good application prospect.
