摘  要:为了研究高压水射流喷丸的工艺效果,选择合适的水射流喷丸工艺参数,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件进行模拟分析,以玻璃为喷丸材料,45钢为靶体材料,采用LS-DYNA软件,建立喷丸与靶体的有限元模型,通过模拟喷丸冲击靶体的动态过程,得到弹坑的深度及最大残余压应力的分布情况,绘制工艺参数对弹坑深度以及最大残余压应力的关系曲线。结果表明:弹坑深度及最大残余压应力随着弹丸速度的增加而明显增加,而弹丸入射角度对于弹坑深度及最大残余压应力的影响则比较平缓;该仿真结果与试验结果相近。In order to study the effect of high pressure water jet peening,the appropriate process parameters of water jet peening were selected and simulation analysis was carried out by means of ANSYS finite element simulation software,choosing the glass as shot peening material and 45 steel as the target body material. The finite element model of projectile impacting target was created by using the software of LS-DYNA.Through simulating the dynamic process of spherical projectile impacting rectangular target,the distribution of depth crater and the maximum residual stress were obtained,and the relational curves among process parameters and the depth of crater and the maximum residual stress were drawn. Results showed that crater depth and maximum residual stress were increased with the increase of the projectile velocity. The influence of shot peen angle on crater depth and maximum residual stress was quite gentle. Moreover,the simulated results and experimental results were similar.
