环保型氯化钾镀锌光亮剂的研制与效果

摘  要:原用的氯化钾镀锌光亮剂含有大量的表面活性剂,不环保。根据醛类化合物羰基加成反应的可逆性,合成了一种无表面活性剂水溶性氯化钾镀锌主光亮剂,并配合特定结构的辅助光亮剂,研制成了环保型氯化钾镀锌光亮剂ATZ-100;将ATZ-100光亮剂与传统光亮剂的性能进行了对比。结果表明:ATZ-100光亮剂可以克服原用光亮剂的缺点,镀液性能和镀锌层性能都与传统光亮剂的相当,甚至有所提高,无污染且环保。Cailiao Baohu 2015,48( 12),59 ~ 60( Ch).According to the reversibility of carbonyl addition reactions of aldehyde compounds,a surfactant-less water-solubility brightener for potassium chloride zinc plating was prepared,and then the environment-friendly brightener ATZ-100 was obtained by cooperating with the secondary brightener with a specific structure.Furthermore,the performances of ATZ-100 brightener were compared with traditional brightener. Results showed that the ATZ-100 brightener,which was pollution-free and environment-friendly,could overcome the shortcomings of the traditional brightener,and the performances of plating solutions and zinc coating prepared with ATZ-100 brightener were almost equal or better than those of traditional brightener.
