摘 要:目的:了解护理人员护理能力现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法:选择山东省级、市级、县级综合医院各1所,应用护理能力量表,采用横断面调查方法,对1 100名注册护理人员进行调查。结果:护理能力与年龄、学历、工作年限、护士层级、职称呈正相关;已婚者较未婚者护理能力高;不上夜班的护士较上夜班的护士护理能力高;护士长、带教老师、曾经有外出进修学习的护士护理能力较普通护士高。多因素分析结果显示:护士的护理程序运用能力、危重患者救护能力、健康教育能力与护士的职称、工作年限、婚姻、是否担任带教老师显著相关(P<0.05);人际/沟通能力与护士的工作年限、是否带教老师、婚姻显著相关(P<0.05);管理能力与是否曾经外出进修学习、工作年限、职称显著相关(P<0.05);专业发展能力与是否外出进修学习、婚姻、学历、工作年限显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:工作年限长、高学历、高职称、已婚护士的护理能力较强。Objective: To investigate the status of nursing competence and discuss the influencing factors. Methods: A cross- sectional survey was conducted using Nursing Competence Rating Scale to investigate 1 100 registered nurses in 3 general hospitals( one hospital in provincial level,one in municipal level and one in county level) in Shandong province. Results: The nursing competence was positively correlated with age,educational background,years of working and professional ranks and titles( P〈0. 05); the interpersonal and communication skills were significantly correlated with years of working and marriage( P〈0. 05); the management skills were correlated with further training,years of working and professional ranks and titles( P〈0. 05); professional development ability was significantly correlated with further training,years of working,marriage and educational background( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Those nurses who were married and have long working duration,high educational level and high professional title have strong nursing competence.
