摘 要:目的探讨多学科团队对高龄吞咽障碍患者实施进食管理的效果。方法组建多学科团队,对40例年龄≥80岁吞咽障碍患者进行进食管理,采用行动研究的方法,通过计划、行动、观察、反思,形成2个螺旋式循环。结果干预后患者体重指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白均有升高,吸入性肺炎发生率下降,每周呛咳次数和进食量改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论多学科团队基于行动研究法开展安全进食管理,有助于高龄吞咽障碍患者维持营养状况,减少呛咳及吸入性肺炎发生率。Objective To explore the effect of feeding management provided by a multidisciplinary team for elderly patients with dysphagia.Methods A multidisciplinary team was built to provide feeding management for 40 patients aged greater than or equal to 80 years old with dysphagia.The feeding management was guided by the action research process including planning,action,observation,and reflection.Two cycles were conducted.Results After the intervention,the values of body mass index,hemoglobin and serum albumin,as well as the volume of intake were significantly improved;whereas the incidence of aspiration pneumonia and the numbers of whooping coughs per week were significantly reduced(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion The feeding management provided by a multidisciplinary team using action research,could maintain nutritional status of dysphagia patients,and reduce whooping coughs and aspiration pneumonia.
