摘 要:目的构建护理人员循证护理能力评价指标体系,为推动循证护理教育及实践提供参考。方法参考Gale提出的整合能力观定义"能力",以JBI循证卫生保健模式为指导,初步构建循证护理能力评价指标体系,采用Delphi专家咨询法进行2轮函询。结果2轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率为95.45%和100%,专家权威系数为0.838和0.845;Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级指标协调系数为0.394、0.383(P〈0.01),Ⅲ级指标专家认同率95.24%-100%。最终确定护理人员循证护理能力评价指标体系由证据形成能力、证据整合能力、证据传播能力和证据应用能力4个Ⅰ级指标,14个Ⅱ级指标和24个Ⅲ级指标组成,Ⅰ级指标权重分别为0.333、0.167、0.167、0.333。结论循证护理能力评价指标体系能较全面反映护士完成循证护理活动所需具备的各项能力,可用于测量护理人员循证护理能力水平和制定循证护理能力培养方案。Objective To create an evaluation system of evidence-based nursing(EBM)ability,and to facilitate development of EBM practice.Methods The ability was defined based on Gale′s competence,then indicators for evaluating EBN ability were developed according to the JBI Model of Evidence-Based Healthcare.The evaluation system was confirmed through two rounds of Delphi questionnaire survey.Results The questionnaire response rate was 95.45%in round 1and 100%in round 2.The authority coefficients of expert were 0.838 and 0.845;and the Kendall coefficient was 0.394 for primary indicators and 0.383 for secondary indicators(P〈0.01).About 95.24%-100% of the experts agreed with the tertiary indicators.The evaluation system consisted of 4primary indicators including evidence formation,integration,spreading and application,14 secondary indicators and 24 tertiary indicators.The weights of primary indicators were 0.333,0.167,0.167,and 0.333.Conclusion The evaluation system can reflect abilities required in EBN practice,thus can be used to measure EBN ability of nurses and provide reference for EBN ability training.
