研究护理参与对于宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术后放置曼月乐的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究护理参与对于宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术后放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)的临床意义。方法 67例子宫内膜息肉患者,随机分为试验组(34例)与对照组(33例)。对照组采取普通护理,试验组在普通护理的基础上加强护理措施,术后3、6、12个月随访时给予相应的护理支持,比较两组复发率以及月经情况。结果试验组术后复发率低于对照组,月经情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患者3、6、12个月随访时给予相应的护理支持,可以明显降低手术复发率,提高临床疗效,改善月经情况,值得临床推广。Objective To research clinical significance by nursing participation for levonorgestrel intrauterine system（Mirena） placement after hysteroscopic endometrial polyp excision. Methods A total of 67 patients with endometrial polyp were randomly divided into experimental group（34 cases） and control group（33 cases）. The control group received general nursing, and the experimental group received additional nursing support in 3, 6, 12 months of follow-up after enhanced nursing measures. Recurrence rate and menstruation condition were compared in the two groups. Results The experimental group had lower recurrence rate and better menstruation condition than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of nursing support in 3, 6, 12 months of follow-up can remarkably reduce recurrence rate, improve clinical effect and menstruation condition. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
