摘 要:为了解决常见结构光管道内3维形貌检测系统存在光线遮挡引起测量误差和"盲区"的问题,采用了一种新改进的圆结构光垂直照明、用两个互补金属氧化物半导体摄像机同步拍摄的管道内3维形貌检测系统,建立了适合该系统的图像处理和系统标定方法,完成了检测实验。结果表明,该系统可以很好地解决"盲区"问题,减小了测量误差,系统的标准差为0.50mm,并能得到完整的管道内壁3维形貌信息。In order to solve the problem of measurement error and blind zone because of light obstruction and obtain a satisfactory 3-D shape of in-pipe surface, a novel 3-D shape inspection system for in-pipe surfaces was proposed .The system was set up with a circular structured light to illuminate vertically and dual complementary metal oxide semiconductor cameras to record images simultaneously .Image process algorithm and calibration method for the inspection system were founded .The results of verification experiment show that standard deviation of the system is 0.50mm.The system has good ability to solve the problem of blind zone, reduce the measurement error , and obtain whole 3-D shapes of in-pipe surfaces.
