归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚型失眠症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚型失眠症的疗效。方法:100例随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组用谷维素和艾司唑仑片治疗,观察组给予归脾汤加减治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:总有效率对照组74%,观察组92%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚型失眠症有良好的临床疗效。Objective： To study the clinical effect of modified Guipi Decoction in the treatment of insomnia caused by insufficiency of heart and spleen. Method： A total of 100 patients diagnosed with insomnia caused by insuffciency of heart and spleen were randomly and evenly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated with oryzanol and estazolam while the observation group were treated with modified Guipi Decoction. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the control group was 74% while that of the observation group was 92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Modified Guipi Decoction has favorable clinical effect in the treatment ofinsonmia caused by insufficiency of heart and spleen.
