中西医结合治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼65例观察  

Observation on 65 Cases of Dry Eyes Caused by Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的临床疗效。方法:130例260眼随机分成治疗组和对照组各65例130眼,两组均用玻璃酸钠液和左氧氟沙星滴眼液冶疗,治疗组加用舒眼方直流电离子导入加热治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组90.8%、对照组65.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SIT与BUT、治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组SIT、BUT显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼可显著提高治愈率及总有效率,是安全、有效治疗干眼的方法。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of dry eye cases caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. Method： The cases caused by meibomian gland dysfunction were divided into 2 groups randomly and evenly, the treatment group and the control group （ 65 cases, 130 eyes ） .The treatment group were treated with the direct current ion tophoresis and hyperthermia of Shuyan Deccotion （ once per day ） combined with topical application with Hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops and levofloxacin eye drops （ 4 times per day ） while the control group were treated with Hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops and levofloxacin eye drops （ 4 times per day ） .One course of treatment was 10 days. Both groups were treated for successive 2 courses of treatment and the treatment interval was 2 ~ 3 days. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.8% while that of the control group was 65.4%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Compared with that before the treatment, SIT and BUT in both groups after the treatment has significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . After the treatment, SIT and BUT of the treatment group was significandy higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The direct current ion tophoresis and hyperthermia of Shu yan Decoction could significantly improve the curative rate and total effective rate in the treatment of dry eye cases caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. It＇ s a safe and effective method in treating dry eye.
