摘 要:建立了某炼油厂酸性废水双塔汽提工艺的模拟模型,模拟结果与实际结果吻合较好。提出了一种在脱硫塔顶增加冷凝回流装置,优化脱硫塔和脱氨塔操作压力的工艺改进方案,分析了两塔操作压力对产品质量、单位污水处理量所需能耗和污水处理负荷η的影响,获得了脱硫塔和脱氨塔的最优操作压力分别为0.35 MPa和0.23 MPa,预计优化后较优化前两塔再沸器节能20%。该研究对酸性废水双塔汽提工艺的设计、改造与优化有一定的指导意义。A simulation model of the double tower stripping process for acid wastewater treatment in a petroleum refinery was established. The simulation results were in good agreement with field data. The process improvement scheme of adding condensate return device at the top of the desulfurization tower and optimizing the operating pressures of desulfurization tower and deamination tower. The influence of the operating pressures of the two towers on product quality, energy consumption needed for unit wastewater treatment and wastewater treatment load was analyzed. The optimum operating pressures of the desulfurization tower and the deamination tower were 0.35 MPa and 0.23 MPa respectively. It was pre- dicted that after optimization the reboiler could save energy by 20% compared with that before the optimization. The study results have a guiding significance for designing, reforming and optimizing the double tower stripping process for acid wastewater treatment.
