摘 要:采用反渗透特种膜处理火电厂湿法脱硫废水,探讨了影响膜性能的因素,考察了反渗透系统对脱硫废水的处理效果。结果表明,进水电导率和进膜压力对膜性能均有一定影响,膜通量最大可达到18.22 L/(m2·h),对电导率的截留率最高可达97.5%以上;废水中的有机物大部分为含有多个甲基的环状碳硅有机化合物,在进膜压力为9.0 MPa的条件下,反渗透系统运行稳定后对COD和氯离子的去除率分别可达到85%和88%以上,对Cu、Mg、Ca、As的去除率均可达到84%以上,对Cr、Pb、Ni的去除率可达到49%以上。脱硫废水经反渗透系统处理后,满足火电厂内部分工艺回用水水质要求。The reverse osmosis membrane was used for treatment of wastewater from wet limestone- gypsum flue gas desulfurization system in the power plant. The factors affecting the performance of the membrane were discussed, and the treatment efficiency of the desulfurization wastewater by reverse osmosis system was investigated. The results showed that both the influent conductivity and pressure had some effect on the membrane flux and conductivity rejection. The membrane flux could be up to 18.22 L/( m^2·h), and the conductivity rejection rate could be up to 97.5 %. The organics in the wastewater mostly contained multiple methyl cyclic carbon silicon. Under the influent pressure of 9.0 MPa, the removal rates of COD and chloride ion were more than 85% and 88% respectively. The removal rates of Cu, Mg, Ca and As were all more than 84%, and the removal rates of Cr, Pb and Ni were all more than 49%. After the reverse osmosis treatment, the effluent quality could meet the requirements for water reuse of part of the processes in the plant.
