摘  要:2009年-2015年对天津市中新生态城规划区域中部面积为298hm^2的巨大工业污水库进行了环境治理和生态重建。在治理过程中,采用底泥环保疏浚和稳定固化处理、库存污水达标处理等措施,实现了污水库的存量污染物治理;采取湖体蓄水阻盐控盐、控制水体外源输入、导入生态系统“关键种”和先锋物种及人工诱导方式,建立水域景观生态城系统。治理后形成的清净湖水质得到根本好转,COD、NH,一N、TN、TP浓度分别由原来的(140~230)、(15~51)、(25~64)、(1.4-6.3)mg/L降至(23—54)、(0.6~0.7)、(1.2~10.8)、(0.1~0.4)mg/L,基本上达到了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838—2002)的Ⅳ类水质标准。From 2009 to 2015, the environmental management and ecological reconstruction of the industrial wastewater reservoir with an area of 298 hm^2 in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city were carried out. In the process of management, the stock of pollutants in the wastewater reservoir was managed by applying the environment-friendly dredging of sediment, the sediment stabilization and the up-to-standard treatment of the wastewater. A water landscape ecological system was established by taking the measures of the lake water salt resistance and control, control of water exogenous input, import of ecosystem ‘key species' and pioneer species and artificial induction. After the management, the water quality of the Jing Lake was fundamentally improved. The concentrations of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP were reduced from 140-230 mg/L, 15 -51 mg/L, 25 -64 mg/L and 1.4-6.3 mg/L to23 -54 mg/L, 0.6-0.7 mg/L, 1.2 - 10.8 mg/L and 0.1 - 0.4 mg/L respectively. The water quality met the IV criteria specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for SuoCace Water ( GB 3838 - 2002)
