壮骨伸筋胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的：研究壮骨伸筋胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用。方法：每个实验选65只大鼠随机均分为模型组（0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠）、万通筋骨片（对照药物,0.3 g/kg）组和壮骨伸筋胶囊低、中、高剂量（0.3、0.6、1.2 g/kg）组,ig给药,每天1次,连续7 d;通过大鼠角叉菜胶足趾肿胀实验、棉球肉芽肿实验测定大鼠足趾肿胀率、棉球肉芽肿指数及脏器指数。每个实验选55只小鼠随机均分为模型（0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠）组、万通筋骨片（对照药物,0.4 g/kg）组和壮骨伸筋胶囊低、中、高剂量（0.4、0.8、1.6 g/kg）组,ig给药,每天1次,连续7 d;通过小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验、醋酸扭体和热刺激等实验,测定小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性（以腹腔液中伊文氏蓝含量计）、扭体次数及痛阈提高百分率。结果：与模型组比较,壮骨伸筋胶囊中、高剂量组大鼠在致炎后2~6 h足趾肿胀率降低、棉球肉芽肿指数降低,小鼠扭体次数减少、痛阈提高百分率升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,毛细血管通透性无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论：壮骨伸筋胶囊具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。OBJECTIVE：To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Zhuanggu shenjin capsule. METHODS：Each experiment took 65 rats,and the rats were randomly divided into model group（0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose）,Wantong jingu tablet group（reference drug,0.3 g/kg）and Zhuanggu shenjin capsule low-dose,medium-dose,and high-dose groups（0.3,0.6,1.2 g/kg）. They were given relevant medicine intragastrically once a day for consecutive 7 days. Carrageenin paw swelling test and cotton ball granuloma test were adopted to determine the rate of paw swelling,cotton ball granuloma index and organ index.Each experiment took 55 mice,and the mice were randomly divided into model group（0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose）,Wantong jingu tablet（reference drug,0.4 g/kg） and Zhuanggu shenjin capsule low-dose,medium-dose,and high-dose groups（0.4,0.8,1.6 g/kg）. They were given relevant medicine intragastrically once a day for consecutive 7 days. The permeabilities of blood capillary in abdominal cavity（by the content of azovanum caeruleum in abdominal cavity）,twisting times and the percentage of pain threshold improvement were determined by the permeability test of blood capillary in abdominal cavity of mice,acetic acid twisting test and heat stimulation test. RESULTS：Compared with model group,the rate of paw swelling and cotton ball granuloma index of rats 2-6 h after inflammation induction decreased,and twisting times of mice also decreased while the percentage of pain threshold improvement in mice increased in Zhuanggu shenjin capsule medium-dose and high-dose groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,but the permeabilities of blood capillary in abdominal cavity had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：Zhuanggu shenjin capsule has a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
