摘　　要：理论经济学的话语体系包括经济学的范式和所使用的经济学范畴。中国特色社会主义政治经济学话语体系要以《资本论》提供的马克思主义经济学范式为基础。其中包括《资本论》中建立的系统的经济学范畴,阐述的经济学基本原理,对未来社会的预见和规定,某些在《资本论》中明确认为到未来社会中不再存在的经济范畴,而在社会主义初级阶段的实践中仍然起作用的经济范畴。中国特色社会主义政治经济学包含了马克思主义经济学中国化和时代化的话语。其创新和发展是马克思主义经济学范式和话语体系内的创新。其中包括:以生产力和生产关系的话语体系说明社会主义初级阶段及其基本经济制度。以商品经济和价值规律的话语体系说明社会主义市场经济。以生产关系和分配关系的话语体系说明社会主义初级阶段的分配制度。以发展生产力和扩大再生产的话语体系建立经济发展理论。The speaking system of theoretical economics includes the paradigm of economics and the economic fields used. The speaking system of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics takes Marxist economic paradigm provided by Das Kapital as the basis. It includes systematic economic scopes established in Das Kapital, explained economic foundamentals, foresights and regulations for the future society, some economic fields that would not exist in the future society but still function at the preliminary stage of socialism. Socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics includes the speaking of Chinese style and modernization of Marxist economics. Its innovation and development could be the innovation of Marxist economic paradigm inside the speaking system. It includes： the speaking system of productivity and productive relationship shows the preliminary stage of socialism and its fundamental economic system. The speaking system of commercial economy and value law explains socialist market system. The speaking system of production relationship and distribution relationship explains the distribution system at the socialist preliminary stage. And the speaking system of developing productive force and expanded reproduction establishes economic development theory.
