摘　　要：高水平的身体素质是达到世界顶级运动水平的基础,是一名优秀的竞走运动员获得成功的优先保障。本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数据统计法,制定了我国男子竞走项目后备人才身体素质指标体系与专项成绩的预测模型,旨在为优秀竞走运动员选材提供参考。High level physical quality is the foundation of world＇s top athletes and is also a guarantee for excellent race walking athletes to achieve success. This study mainly used the literature material method,expert investigation method and mathematical statistics method,by testing and analysing the physical quality of Chinese race walking reserve talentes,established the physical quality index system in our country,as well as special performance prediction model and evaluation criterion,providing theoretical basis to select excellent reserve talents.
