关于棉织物漂白过程中气蒸工艺的研究

摘  要:采用单因子试验研究了双氧水质量浓度、ZJ-CH58质量浓度、气蒸温度等因素对棉织物漂白过程中气蒸工艺的影响,包括对棉织物白度、毛效和强降率指标的影响。在KH-605质量浓度为4 g/L、ZJ-C09质量浓度为2 g/L、硅酸钠质量浓度为2 g/L、气蒸温度为100℃条件下,通过正交试验确定了较佳的气蒸工艺条件:双氧水质量浓度为25 g/L,ZJ-CH58质量浓度为18 g/L,气蒸时间为35 min。The technological conditions such as mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide and ZJ-CH58,steaming temperature and other factors were studied by single factor test on cotton fabric bleaching steaming process.The influence of factors on the whiteness,capillary effect,strength reduction rate of cotton fabric was analyzed. The optimization conditions were achieved by orthogonal experiment under the conditions that the mass concentration of KH-605 was 4 g/L,ZJ-C09 was 4 g/L,sodium silicate agent was 2 g/L,and the steaming temperature was 100 ℃. The result showed that the optimized process was that the mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 25 g/L,ZJ-CH58 was 15 g/L,and the steaming time was 35 min.
