新建本科院校学生就业价值取向变化特点及引导路径探析

摘　　要：大学生就业价值取向是大学生对职业价值的追求、评价、定位及选择的一种倾向性态度,对学生执业就业有重要的影响。通过对W学院四届毕业生就业价值取向进行调查研究,探究其变化趋势和产生原因,提出从学校层面引导毕业生养成正确的就业价值取向路径,提高自身的综合素质和能力,把个人理想和国家需求结合起来,在实现个人理想的同时也能投身到国家最需的地方建设中去。The value orientation of College Students＇ employment is a tendency of College Students＇ pursuit, evaluation, orientation and choice of their vocational values,which have important influence on the students＇ obtaining employment.Through the research on the value orientation of the four graduates of W college,explores its changing trend and cause, it is proposed that the graduates form the correct employment value orientation from the school level,and improve their comprehensive quality and ability,combine personal ideals and national needs,and realize their ideals and dedication.
