基于风景旅游地生命力的旅游度假区概念性规划——以纸坊水库旅游度假区规划为例

摘　　要：为了更科学合理地开发、利用和保护纸坊水库旅游度假区,采用修正后的生命力量化模型,对纸坊水库旅游度假区规划进行现状生命力的定性和量化评价,并根据评价等级进行分区规划,共分为景观修复区、植被水源保护区、一般游憩区和核心景观区4个分区;依据这些特征,因地制宜地对现状区域进行布局,提出"一带、一环、七分区"规划结构。In order to develop,utilize and protect Zhifang Reservoir Tourist Resort scientifically and reasonably,the vitality quantitative model of scenic spot was adjusted and made suitable in the planning of tourist resort.Further,aqualitative and quantitative analysis on the vitality about current situation was performed.After that,this planned area adapted to its local conditions was zoned according to evaluation grade.Four zoning plans were proposed including landscape repairing area,vegetation and water reserving area,general landscape area and core landscape area,providing the reliable basis for its planning to realize＂one belt,one ring,and seven divisions＂as final planning structure.
