摘  要:目的:研究白簕多糖片的制备工艺。方法:以白簕多糖为原料进行片剂的制备,考察辅料组成及用量对片剂质量的影响,优选片剂成型工艺。结果:按照白簕多糖干膏粉:淀粉:微晶纤维素:交联聚维酮(PVP)=50:30:15:2的比例混合,以30%乙醇为润湿剂,以交联PVP、硬脂酸镁为润滑剂进行压片,包薄膜衣,可制得白簕多糖包衣片,每片含白簕多糖40mg。结论:白簕多糖制成片剂后表面圆整、光滑,硬度适中,有效成分含量符合要求,制备工艺稳定可行,可实现白簕多糖片的大批量生产。The objective of the research is to study the preparation technology of the acanthopanax trifoliatus polysaccharide (ATP) tablet, by means of using ATP as the chief constituent of the tablet. The formulation of ATP tablet was optimized after investigating the influences of composition and dosage of the recipients on the quantity of the tablet. The Result indicated that the final formulation of ATP tablet was polysaccharide powder, starch, microcrystalline cellulose and cross-linked polyvingypyrrolidone (PVP) mixed at the ratio of 50:30:15:2. 30% ethanol was used as a wetting agent. Then the mixture was compressed into tablet with cross-linked PVP and magnesium stearate. The coated tablet was obtained after film coating, with 40mg polysaccharide per tablet. A conclusion was drawn that with round and smooth face, moderated hardness, high content of active ingredients, and stable and feasible preparation technology, ATP tablet can be produced on a large scale.
