摘 要:为进一步完善温拌沥青技术,针对测试沥青的常规指标与实际路用性能的关联性、PG分级方法对温拌沥青的适用性及其应用范围等方面的不足,分析了不同温拌剂对SBS改性沥青性能的影响。选用7种温拌剂,分别对SBS改性沥青制备温拌沥青进行了布氏旋转粘度和粘温扫描等试验。研究结果表明:有的温拌剂不利于SBS改性沥青的高温稳定性,或不利于其低温性能,或不利于其施工性能。根据添加温拌剂对SBS改性沥青在施工温度区间的降粘效果和温拌沥青的高温性能要求,推荐选用A和B 2种温拌剂。动态剪切流变试验结果表明:与温拌剂B相比,添加温拌剂A能显著地提高SBS改性沥青的高温抗车辙性能。若不考虑拌合过程中的短期老化,掺入A和B温拌剂,采用温拌工艺,能增强SBS改性沥青的抗疲劳性能。若考虑热拌工艺,温拌剂A对SBS改性沥青的抗疲劳性能不利。In order to further improve the warm-mix asphalt technology, for weaknesses about the relevance between asphalt conventional index and the performance of pavement on site, the applicability of asphalt PG grade method in observing warm mix asphalt and the application range, the influence of different kinds of warm-mix agent on performance of SBS modified asphalt systematically by laboratory tests in order to perfect the warm-mix asphalt technology further is analyzed. Seven kinds of warm-mix agents have been selected to mix with SBS modified asphalt to prepare warm-mix modi lied asphalt samples, respectively.Reductions in high-temperature stability,low-temperature performance or workability of SBS modified asphalt after added some kinds of warm-mix agent are shown in the penetration, softening point,ductility, brookfield viscosity and viscosity-temperature scanning tests. Warm-mix agents A and B are selected according to the viscosity reduction effectiveness after modified by warm-mix agent in the construction temperature conditions and the requirement of high-temperature per formance.Results of dynamic shear rheometer(DSR) test shows that warm-mix agent A is better than agent B in improving the ability of resisting high temperature rutting of SBS modified asphalt obviously. If the short-term aging in the mix progress is ignored, anti-fatigue capability of SBS modified asphalt which added warm-agent A or B with warm-mix technology can be obviously improved. If hot mix technology is used, warmmix agent A will be harmful to the anti-fatigue capability of SBS modified asphalt.
