摘　　要：通过分析碳环密封的特点、结构型式、系统布置,明确碳环密封的使用场合;针对碳环密封在使用过程中出现的氮气消耗量大、窜水窜气、自磨损、磨轴、波纹弹簧断裂及腐蚀等问题,分析产生问题的原因,提出了解决措施及解决思路。It is definite that the application situation of carbon ring seal by analyzing its characteristic, structure type, system layout. Besides, measure and approach is put forward aiming at analyzing the problems arising from the carbon ring seal in use process such as high nitrogen consume, slipping of water and gas, wear and tear on self, wear on axle and corrugated spring break and corrosion.
