灵性关怀对食管癌伴抑郁病人心理状况的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨灵性关怀对缓解食管癌病人抑郁程度的效果,以期改善晚期肿瘤病人的生存质量。[方法]选择食管癌伴抑郁病人50例,随机分成对照组25例、观察组25例。对照组给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗及护理;观察组在常规药物治疗及护理的基础上给予灵性关怀,每周干预2次。干预前及干预1个月后采用贝克抑郁自评量表进行测评。[结果]两组干预后抑郁得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组病人干预前后抑郁评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]灵性关怀可改善病人的抑郁情况,帮助病人正确面对疾病,提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To probe into the effect of spiritual concern for easing depression degree of esophageal cancer patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.Methods：A total of 50 esophageal cancer patients with depression were selected and divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine antidepressant treatment and nursing,while the patients in observation group received the spiritual concern on the basis of routine drug treatment and nursing,twice a week.The Beck self rating depression scale was used to evaluate the effect before intervention and a month after the intervention.Results：There were statistically significant differences in the depression scores between both groups after the intervention（P〈0.01）,and there was statistically significant difference in depression score of patients in observation group before interuention and after intervention（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The spiritual concern can improve the patients＇ depression status,help the patients to face the disease correctly,and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
