摘　　要：[目的]探讨重庆市某三级医院一级护理项目价格,为合理调整护理收费项目价格提供依据。[方法]对某三级医院80例一级护理病人进行调查,对一级护理项目价格进行分析,并与现行护理收费标准进行比较。[结果]一级护理病人中因活动程度不同其护理耗时不同,且实际成本与现行收费标准不同。[结论]建议根据病人生活自理能力不同制定相应的一级护理收费制度。Objective：To probe into the price of the first grade nursing project in a third grade hospital in Chongqing city,and so as to provide the basis for the reasonable adjustment of the price of nursing charge projects.Methods：A total of 80 cases of primary care patients in a third grade hospital were investigated,and the price of first class nursing was analyzed,and to compare with the current nursing charge standard.Results：The nursing time of patients with different degrees of activity was different,and the actual cost was different from the current charges.Conclusion：It suggested to formulate the corresponding charge system of first grade nursing according to the patient＇s life self-care ability
