摘 要:本文研究了宁夏三个不同类型盐渍化土壤改良利用对土壤酶活性及土壤物理性质的影响,结果表明,土壤改良利用对宁夏三个类型盐碱地土壤碱性磷酸酶、脲酶、转化酶和过氧化氢酶活性都有不同程度的促进作用,改良处理比对照处理碱性磷酸酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别提高了3.75%~76.67%、6.45%~19.9%、19.15%~62.5%。土壤碱性磷酸酶活性在不同类型盐碱地间表现为西大滩碱化土壤〉惠农盐化〉红寺堡次生盐渍化土壤,转化酶活性则表现为红寺堡次生盐渍化〉西大滩碱化土壤〉惠农盐化土壤。三个不同类型盐渍化土壤改良利用后0~20 cm深度土壤容重有不同程度的降低,降低的幅度依次为西大滩碱化土壤〉惠农盐化土壤〉红寺堡次生盐渍化土壤,改良处理与对照相比土壤总孔隙度增加显著,0~20 cm深度土壤总孔隙度增加的幅度依次为惠农盐化土壤〉红寺堡次生盐渍化土壤〉西大滩碱化土壤,增加的幅度在0.61%~27.23%。The effects of improvements of saline alkaline soils on the soil enzyme activity and soil physical properties of three different types of saline soil in Ningxia were studied. The results showed that the activities of the soil alkaline phosphatase,urease, invertase and catalase in three types of saline alkaline soils of Ningxia were all promoted by soil improvement.Compared with the control, the activities of the soil alkaline phosphatase, urease and catalase in three types of saline alkaline soils under the modified treatment increased by 3.75%~76.67%, 6.45%~19.9% and 19.15%~62.5% respectively.The performance of the soil alkaline phosphatase activity in different types of saline were as follows: Xidatan alkalization soilHuinong saline soilHongsibu secondary salinization soil. The soil invertase activity showed that Hongsibu secondary salinization Xidatan alkalization soil Huinong salinized soil. The soil bulk density of three types saline alkaline soils decreased by different degrees, the decrease amounts was as Xidatan alkalization soil Huinong saline soil Hongsibu secondary salinization soil. Compared to the control, the improvement significantly increased the total porosity at 0-20 cm depth of three types of saline alkali soils by 0.61% to 27.73% and the performance were Huinong saline soilHongsibu secondary salinization soilXidatan alkalization soil.
