摘  要:利用20份宁夏水稻材料,分析比较叶片细胞膜透性在常规水田、田间干旱胁迫和干旱棚极度胁迫环境下的表现,研究其透性与伤害度的关系,进而通过伤害度来评价参试材料的抗旱能力。结果表明,不同水稻材料叶片细胞膜透性存在差异,极度干旱胁迫时其透性明显增大;干旱胁迫时的细胞膜透性与其伤害度呈极显著正相关;20份参试材料中有5份的抗旱能力较强,2份的抗旱能力较弱。The cell membrane permeability of 20 rice cultivars in Ningxia were compared and analyzed under the conditions of conventional paddy field, field drought stress and extreme drought stress. The relationship between the cell membrane permeability and the injury degree were studied and the injury degree was used to evaluate the drought-resistant ability. The results showed that there were differences in the penetration of cell membrane with different rice cultivars, the cell membrane permeability increased obviously under the extreme drought stress, and the cell membrane permeability was very significantly correlated with the injury degree under drought stresses. 5 varieties among 20 varieties performed high drought-resistant ability and 2 varieties performed weak drought-resistant ability.
