苏黄止咳胶囊治疗急性咽喉炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊治疗急性咽喉炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将急性咽喉炎患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予基础治疗(西药抗炎、抗病毒、止咳、化痰等对症治疗),治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予苏黄止咳胶囊治疗;观察患者咽喉部瘙痒、干咳、咽痛、咽部红肿等症状变化情况。结果:治疗组患者服用药物后瘙痒、干咳、咽痛、咽部红肿等症状明显改善,总有效率治疗组为96.7%(29/30),对照组为80.0%(24/30),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊治疗急性咽喉炎疗效确切,且无明显不良反应,安全性高,且胶囊制剂服用方便,依从性更高。Objective： To observe curative effects ofSuHuang ZhiKe capsules in treating acute pharyngolaryngitis and its side-effects. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group. The control group accepted basic therapy （corresponding treatment such as western medicine anti-inflammation, antivirus, stoping the cough, eliminating phlegm and others）, the treatment group took SuHuang ZhiKe capsules on the basis of the therapy the control group received; to observe the changes of the symptoms ineluding throat itching, hacking cough, pharyngalgia, red and swollen throat of the patients closely. Results： The symptoms of throat itching, hacking cough, pharyngalgia, red and swollen throat improved evidently after the pa- tients taking the medicine in the treatment group, total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% （29/30）, higher than 80.0% of the control group （24/30）, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; there was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion： SuHuong ZhiKe capsules could obtain definite effects in treating acute pharyngolaryngitis, and the therapy shows the advantages of no obvious adverse reaction, high safety, being convenient to take and higher compliance.
