生血合剂联合小剂量雄激素治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生血合剂联合小剂量雄性激素治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将慢性再生障碍性贫血患者91例随机分为治疗组61例和对照组30例,所有患者在服用小剂量雄性激素治疗的基础上,治疗组中脾肾阳虚型亚组(31例)联合服用生血Ⅰ号合剂,脾肾阴虚型亚组(30例)联合服用生血Ⅱ号合剂;对照组联合服用复方皂矾丸。3个月为1个疗程,连用2个疗程后进行临床疗效评估。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率提高(P<0.01)。对照组治疗后外周血细胞计数仅Hb、PLT较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01);而治疗组WBC、Hb、PLT、ANC计数均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗组出血分级减轻优于对照组(P<0.01);痤疮、毛发增多、发音变粗、消化道反应等不良反应发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:具有健脾补肾活血作用的生血合剂联合小剂量雄性激素治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床疗效优于复方皂矾丸联合小剂量雄激素。Objective： To observe clinical effects of ShengXue mixture and small doses of androgen in treating chronic aplastic anemia （CAA）. Methods： All 91 patients were randomized into 61 cases of the treatment group and 30 cases of the control group, on the foundation of all the patients taking small doses of androgen, 31 patients of spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency pattern （the subgroup） in the treatment group took ShengXue mixture I, 30 patients of spleen-kidney Yin-deficiency accepted ShengXue mixture II ; the control group took compound ZaoFan pills. Three months were one course of the treatment and clinical effects were assessed after using for two consecutive courses of the treatment. Results： Compared with the control group, total effective rate of the treatment group im- proved （P〈0.01）. Only Hb and Pit counting raised notably after treating compared with before treating in the control group （P〈0.01）; while WBC, Hb, Pit and ANC counting improved apparently after treating compared with before treating in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Bleeding classification relieving of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.01）; the incidences of adverse reaction such as ache, more hair, rough pronunciation and gastrointestinal reactions of the treatment group were less than these of the control group obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Curative effects of ShengXue mixture combined with small doses of androgen are superior to compound ZaoFan pills combined with small doses of androgen in treating CAA.
