钩活术配合中药热敷治疗颈椎病的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨钩活术配合中药热敷治疗颈椎病的护理方法。方法:对接受钩活术配合中药热敷治疗的颈椎病患者182例实施各种护理方法并观察治疗护理的有效性,与单纯进行中药热敷治疗并行相关护理的182例颈椎病患者进行比较,探讨其有效性及护理心得。结论:将钩活术及中药热敷有机结合起来治疗颈椎病效果明显,且方法简便易行。Objective： To discuss nursing methods of hook operation combined with external use of herbs in treating cervical spondylosis. Methods： Altogether 182 patients who were treated by hook operation combined with external use of herbs accepted different nursing methods and the effectiveness of the therapies were observed, its effectiveness and nursing experiences were discussed by comparing with the patients who were treated by external use of herbs and related nursing. Conclusion： Combination of hook operation and external use of herbs could obtain no- table effects in treating cervical spondylosis, the method is simple and feasible.
