摘 要:当前产地环境状况堪忧、农业生产经营方式不科学和滥用添加物情况突出等现状对农产品安全生产造成很大的隐患.本文分析制约防控农产品质量安全生产隐患实施的产地环境保护、农业发展基础、服务水平、农业产业化发展等社会现状,提出要改变农产品质量安全监管为主的观念,对农业生产提供更多的服务,通过转变农业生产方式、加强农业生产服务、培育新型农业生产经营主体、促进农业生产的各种资源优势的利用,全面提升农业生产效益,提高农业生产核心竞争力,奠定农产品质量安全生产的基础。Current adverse environmental conditions,no scientific way of agricultural production and operation,and abuse of additives were the main factors affecting the agricultural production safety. We studied the current situation including environmental protection of producing area,agricultural development foundation,the service level,the the development of agricultural industrialization,put forward the concept to change quality safety supervision and management to the transformation of the mode of agricultural production,strengthening agricultural service,cultivating professional farmers,promoting the use of the resources advantage of agricultural production,improving agricultural production efficiency and the core competitiveness of agricultural production.
