摘 要:为了对滚珠旋压工艺进行研究,利用DEFORME-3D有限元软件建立了滚珠旋压无氧铜薄壁管材的三维模型并基于刚塑性有限元进行了仿真计算,分析了滚珠旋压加工中管材的金属流动规律、管材的应力分布及滚珠的旋压力,并将有限元模拟的滚珠旋压力与M.I.Rotarescu理论计算的旋压力进行了对比.结果表明,金属的塑性流动主要靠滚珠的挤压,滚珠与管坯接触区的摩擦力及芯模与管内壁的摩擦力均对旋压加工中的金属流动起阻碍作用.管材在旋压中处于三向压应力状态,其应力沿壁厚呈梯度分布.滚珠的径向力最大,其次是轴向力,切向力最小;随着旋薄量的增大,滚珠的三向旋压力均增大;管材壁厚的增大引起滚珠轴向、切向力的增大及径向力的减小.In order to study ball spinning process,a 3Drigid-plastic finite element model of ball spinning made by oxygen free copper thin-wall tube was established under software DEFORME-3D.The forming process was simulated and calculated.The metal flow law of spinning process,the stress distribution of the thin-wall tube and the spinning force of the ball were analyzed,and the numerical value of spinning force of the ball calculated by finite element simulation was compared with that of M.I.Rotarescutheory calculation.The results showed that metal plastic flow mainly depended on ball extrusion,the friction force between the ball and the contact zone of the tube billet and the friction force between the core-rod and the inner wall of the tube could inhibit the metal flow in the spinning process.The tube was under a three direction compressive stress and its stress was distributed on gradient along the wall thickness.The radial force of the ball was the biggest,the axial force was the second and the tangential force was the smallest.With the increase of the reduction of thickness,the spinning force of the ball increased.The increase of the wall thickness of the tube caused the increased of axial,tangential force and the decrease of radial force.
