摘 要:为了分析采煤机斜切进刀时滚筒力学特性,推导了采煤机在斜切进刀时单个截齿的截割阻力,应用叠加法得出了滚筒截齿总截割阻力,并运用挤压面积和煤岩破裂理论得出了滚筒轴向力.同时,以国产的MG400/940-WD交流电牵引采煤机为例,利用MATLAB对单个截齿的截割阻力、滚筒截齿总截割阻力及滚筒轴向力进行模拟.模拟结果表明:前滚筒最大轴向力约为最大总截割阻力的3.64倍,后滚筒最大轴向力约为最大总截割阻力的3.32倍.模拟结果对提高采煤机滚筒的稳定性及截齿的可靠性有一定的参考价值.In order to analyze the mechanical properties of shearer drum in the process of oblique feed,the single pick cutting resistance was calculated,the total cutting resistance was obtained by applying superposition method and the drum axial force was obtained by utilizing the extrusion area and theory of coal rupture.Meanwhile,taking domestic made MG400/940-WD AC electric haulage shearer as an example,MATLAB was used to simulate the single pick cutting resistance,the total cutting resistance and the roller axial force.The simulation results showed that the maximal axial force of front drum end plate was 3.64 times as much as the maximal total cutting resistance and the maximal axial force of hinder drum end plate was 3.32 times as much as the maximal total cutting resistance.The simulation results have certain value for improving the reliability of the tooth and the stability of the shearer.
