摘  要:以番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)作为产孢病原菌的代表,进行了孢子浓度和培养时间对其敏感性影响的筛选试验;以小麦颖枯病菌(Septoria nodorum Berk)作为不产孢病原菌的代表,进行了菌丝碎片计数,同时比较了接菌浓度和培养时间对其敏感性影响的筛选试验;用两个杀菌剂标准样品进行了筛选稳定性比较试验,同时对576个微生物源提取物进行了筛选试验。结果表明,杀菌剂筛选必须控制接菌浓度和培养时间,从而保持适当的活性敏感度,才能得到稳定的筛选结果。适当降低接菌浓度和缩短培养时间可以提高活性样品的敏感度,有效的减少低活性样品的漏筛。One was Alternaria solani, which could produce a large number of spores in PDA medium. The other one was Septoria nodorum Berk, which couldn't produce spores in PDA medium. The sensitivity of screening results had been studied with different concentration of spores and infection time of A. solani. Homogenized the mycelia of S. nodorum Berk, and counted the number of mycelia fragments after filtration with Nylon net, and the sensitivity of screening had been studied with different concentration of mycelia fragments and infection time too. The two pathogenic fungus had been tested for their responses to 2 commercial fungicide standards, and had screened with 576 microbial extracts. The results showed that the stable screening results based on the appropriate sensitivity. The sensitivity affected by the appropriate inoculation concentration and incubation time of infection. Reduce the inoculation concentration and incubation time could improve sensitivity of screening, also could ensure that low active compounds would not be missed.
