一种双高线的活套控制方案和速度联调方式

摘　　要：详述了某轧钢公司双线高速线材轧线主轧区的工艺布置特点,说明了活套控制的原理,针对双高线的特点设计了活套控制系统,对比了两种级联调速度控制方案,采取了一种特殊的双向级联调的速度联调方案。现场生产实践表明,该套控制系统运行稳定,采取的控制方法可以得到满意的控制效果。Described the layout characters of one double line wire mill in details and explained the principle oflooper control. According to the special feature,two kinds of speed coordinated regulating control method werecompared,and a bidirectional speed coordinated regulating method was finally adopted. The practical applicationshows that the control system runs well and it performs satisfied control effect.
