高职会计信息管理专业人才培养模式研究——基于珠三角地区中小企业问卷调查分析

摘　　要：大数据时代变革引发对会计信息管理人才新的需求,通过对珠三角地区中小企业的调查问卷分析,发现越来越多的企业期望会计人员能够通过对财务等有用信息及数据进行处理和分析,为管理层经营决策提供合理化建议。我们希望通过对会计信息管理工作岗位及能力要求的研究,使得高职院校会计信息管理专业人才培养模式更加符合新形势下对人才的新需求,切实满足用人单位的需要。The changes in the era of big data trigger new needs of accounting information management talents. Based on the analysis of questionnaires survey of small and medium-sized enterprises in Pearl River Delta area, this article found that more and financial and accountancy personnel are more and more expected to provide reasonable Suggestions for management decisions based on processing and analyzing the useful financial information. Through the investigation and study of the posts and ability requirements in accounting information management, we aims to put forward a cultivation mode for Accounting Information Management Specialty in higher vocational colleges which exactly accords with the new requirements for the talents under new situation.
