摘  要:通过在热模拟试验机上探究不同冷却速率对Ti-Nb复合微合金化高强钢组织和相变的影响,研究了Ti-Nb复合微合金化高强钢的连续冷却转变(CCT)过程。结果表明,不同冷却速率下分别得到铁素体+珠光体、贝氏体和马氏体组织。根据热膨胀曲线和实验钢组织绘制了CCT曲线,为研究钢种的固态相变过程、加工工艺以及热处理工艺提供依据。The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) behavior of Ti-Nb microalloyed high strength steel was studied by thermal simulation tests, and the influences of different cooling rotes on the microstructure and transformation were investigated. The results show that the microstructure is ferrite and pearlite, banite and martensite respectively under different cooling rate. According to dilatometric curves and corresponding microstructure of testing steel, the CCT curve is plotted, which can provide the basis for solid phase transformation, processing technology and heat treatment technology of experim ent steel.
