摘 要:为了改善高速钢的摩擦磨损性能,应用激光熔覆技术在高速钢试件表面制备出Al_2O_3熔覆网格。观察试件的金相组织,并测试显微硬度,分别对高速钢光滑试件和Al_2O_3熔覆网格试件进行了摩擦磨损试验。结果表明:Al_2O_3熔覆网格的硬度提高,Al_2O_3熔覆网格高速钢试件的磨损量降低;激光熔覆Al_2O_3网格以磨粒磨损为主,网格间隔区域高速钢基体的磨损机制包括磨粒磨损和黏着磨损;Al_2O_3熔覆网格硬度的提高、Al_2O_3硬质颗粒的弥散强化作用和Al_2O_3熔覆网格的抗黏着作用,有助于提高Al_2O_3熔覆网格高速钢试件的表面耐磨性。In order to improve the friction and wear properties of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel, Al2O3 grids with regular arrangement on high speed steel specimen surfaces were fabricated with laser cladding technology. The metallographic structures were observed and the microhardness of the specimens was tested. The friction and wear tests of both high speed steel smooth specimen and Al2O3 cladding grids specimen were carried out. The results show that the hardness of Al2O3 cladding grids improves. The wear mass loss of Al2O3 cladding grids specimen reduces. The wear mechanism of laser cladding Al2O3 grids is abrasive wear, and the wear mechanism of high speed steel matrix in cladding grids zone includes abrasive wear and adhesive wear. The improvement of Al2O3 cladding grids hardness, dispersion strengthening of Al2O3 hard particles and anti-adhesion effect of Al2O3 cladding grid texture can contribute to the wear resistance improvement of high speed steel specimens with Al2O3 laser cladding grids.
