摘　　要：通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验及硬度试验等方法,对某厂超超临界锅炉后屏过热器Super304H管爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明:爆管是由于长时过热导致管子显微组织老化、损伤所致。By visual testing, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and hardness testing, the tube-bursting cause for super304H steel of superheater in ultra supercritical boiler was analyzed. The results show that the tube-bursting is due to long time overheating, which can lead to the microstructure aging damage and mechanical perfbrmance degradation.
