摘 要:通过在蟾蜍坐骨神经干外表面放置2个引导电极,给予最大刺激引发动作电位(Action Potential,AP)产生,AP产生后经神经干传导而先后通过2个引导电极,记录坐骨神经干双相动作电位(Biphasic Action Potential,BAP)。然后不断增大2个外置引导电极之间的距离,分别记录BAP,观察BAP波形的改变。结果表明:BAP的前相总是高于后相;随电极距离的增大,引导出的BAP前相与后相之间出现切迹,且切迹随电极距离的增大逐渐明显。提示膜电位的空间和时间时效性决定了距离变化引起的BAP的不同波形,并阐述了BAP变化产生的机制,加深对神经生物电活动的理解。Two recording electrodes were put on the outside of the toad's sciatic nerve,the action potential( AP) on it was generated through a given maximum stimulus,and then the biphasic action potential( BAP) was recorded after the AP propagated along the sciatic nerve and passing through the two electrodes. The waves of BAP were observed when the distance between the two electrodes was increasing. The results showed that the former phase of BAP was always higher than the latter phase. The incisures appeared when the distance between the two electrodes increased. These results demonstrated that the space and time quality of BAP caused the wave change which explained the mechanism of BAP and got to know the bioelectricity of nerve more deeply.
