摘 要:开发了一种喷雾式反应装置喷嘴的雾化性能测试系统,介绍了实验系统的组成、工作原理和实验测试内容,并给出了相应的实验案例。该实验测试系统主要由动力源系统模块、雾化喷嘴模块及测量模块三部分组成,实验内容涉及流量特性、喷雾锥角、雾化均匀度、雾滴粒度大小及分布等参数的测量。通过喷嘴雾化性能测试系统的开发,为改进和优化雾化喷嘴结构提供了重要的参数,同时也为喷雾式反应装置选择雾化喷嘴提供了有价值的依据。Spray nozzle is the key component of the spray type reaction device,test system for the atomization performance of nozzle has important application value. This article designs a test system for the atomization performance of spray type reaction device. It introduces the composition,working principle and experiment contents of the experiment system in detail,and describes a corresponding experimental case. This system is composed of three parts,the power source system,the atomization nozzle module and the measurement module. The measurable experimental parameters include flow characteristics, spray angle, spray uniformity, particle size and size distribution etc. The system development of atomizing performance not only provides important parameters for improving and optimizes the structure of the atomizing nozzle,but also provides a valuable basis for selecting the atomizing nozzle of spray type reaction device.
