摘　　要：高校实验室是创新人才培养的重要场所,高校高水平实验室的数量、层次和水平是高校办学硬实力的体现,是高校对外展示办学水平的重要平台和窗口。近年来,建设高水平实验教学教学示范中心成为国家和省市教育部门,推进实验室建设和发展的重要抓手。探讨了国内外高校实验室建设的发展趋势,阐释了提升实验室建设水平的思路与举措,分享了扩大实验室资源开放的手段与方法,提出了提高认识、平衡投入、整合资源、信息化建设、开放管理等强化实验室培养创新人才的路径与方向。University laboratory is an important place for the cultivation of innovative talents. Quantity, quality and distribution of high-level laboratories reflect the hard power of university-running, which also service as important bases and display window to outside. Therefore, constructing Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center has been an important measure of promoting laboratory construction and development for education departments. This paper discussed the development tendency of domestic and foreign university laboratory construction, and explained the thoughts and measures to promote the laboratory construction level, and shared the means and methods to expand the opening of laboratory resources, and put forward to the path and direction of strengthening laboratory cultivation of innovative talents. It includes raising understanding, balancing input, integration of resources, information construction and opening management etc.
