高校设备管理与开放共享的“互联网+”思考与探索

摘　　要：高校仪器设备管理与开放共享信息化建设历年来都是仪器设备管理的重点关注对象。经过多年的建设,我校已经建立了仪器设备管理系统与大型仪器设备开放共享平台,信息化建设工作取得了一定的成果。"互联网+"理念的提出,为下一步的信息化建设工作指明了努力方向。基于"互联网+"建设理念,结合吉林大学仪器设备管理信息化建设,我们对"互联网+"仪器设备管理与开放共享的建设工作进行了有益探索。经过认真的思考和探讨,结合CERS互联互通项目,升级、重构了学校仪器设备管理系统和仪器设备开放共享平台。实现了仪器设备各管理环节的全在线化,增强了学院/实验室的管理职能。学校仪器设备管理工作进一步重心下移,为学校师生提供更为便利的服务环境。In colleges and universities, the management and open sharing information construction of instrument and equipments are the focus of equipment management over the past years. After many years of construction, the university has established the system of equipment management system and large-scale instruments and equipment open sharing platform, hence information construction work has obtained the certain result. The proposal of ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ idea indicates the next step direction of information construction. Based on ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ construction idea, combine with information construction of instrument and equipments management, the Jilin University has carried on the beneficial exploration to the construction work of the ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ instrument and equipments management and open sharing. After careful thinking and discussion, combined with the CERS interoperability project, the school equipment management system and instrument and equipment sharing platform upgraded and reconstructed. The management of instrument and equipments complete online is realized, and the management function of college and laboratory is enhanced. School shifts the focus of instrument and equipment management work, provide more convenient service environment for teachers and students.
