摘　　要：随着教育均衡发展理念的提出,优质资源建设和共享得到了持续的关注。近年来,国内外许多名校积极探索与实践,通过区域共享、跨区域共享以及远程信息化手段共建共享等多种模式,较好地实现了优质教育资源共享。通过理论分析和实证调查研究,在对国内外高校资源共享开展情况比较分析的基础上,认为国内高校可从转变共享意识观念,建立政策导向机制,建立共享运行机制方面入手,以促进优质资源朝着共建、共享、共赢的方向良性发展。Development and sharing of excellent resources have got continuous attention with the presentation of balanced development of education theory. In recent years, numerous colleges and universities were realized excellent resources sharing through regional sharing, inter-regional sharing and remote information sharing patterns. By using the research techniques with the combination of theory analysis and empirical investigation and on the basis of having compared analysis to the development of those education resources sharing at home and abroad, the authors think that the domestic colleges and universities should change the shared consciousness and conception, build the policy oriented mechanism as well as establish the common operating mechanism. These colleges and universities should further boost the quality resources to have a sound progress with joint development, co-sharing and win-win situation.
