摘　　要：作为教育部部属矿业类综合型研究型大学,实验室的全面开放、创新研究型实验教学体系的实施,对实验室安全管理提出了新的要求。针对我校的学科特点,借鉴国内外先进经验,结合多年的实验室安全管理实践,从实验室软硬件建设、多层次创新型实验教学体系中实验室安全制度的落实两方面,对我校实验室安全管理实施了一系列改革措施,建立了适应于创新型实验教学需要的实验室安全管理体系。China University of Mining and Technology （CUMT） is a comprehensive university, the construction of the innovative lab teaching system put forward new requirements for the safety management. To solve the principle problems in the safety management system, series of reformative methods have been adopted by CUMT, and notable results have been achieved. This paper makes a description of the lab teaching system＇ s reformation of CUMT.
