摘　　要：生物统计学课程具有较强的理论性和实践性,也是教学难度较大的一门课。为适应运城学院人才培养目标,通过加强学生科技创新队伍的建设、营造良好的科技文化环境、提供必要的科技资金和科研平台、注重校内外培养相结合等途径,从而培养学生的创新能力,拓宽学生的就业渠道。Biostatistics is difficult to teaching because of its strong theorization and practice. Aiming at adapting to the talent training goal,this paper puts forward some measures such as strengthen team building of science and technology innovation,creating good environment of science and technology culture,providing financial support and laboratories,training students inside school combined with outside school to fostering students＇ abilities and widen their employment channel.
