摘　　要：通过现场勘查、理论分析、技术经济方案对比等研究手段,对华能伊敏煤电有限责任公司下属的二号露天矿的开采工艺进行研究,得出15-1煤以上剥离选用轮斗工艺+单斗-自移式破碎机半连续开采工艺的综合开采工艺,15-1至15-2煤层间剥离采用单斗-卡车开采工艺开采工艺,采煤推荐采用单斗+自移式破碎机-带式输送机半连续开采工艺。Through some research means of scene investigation, theory analysis, technical and economic scheme comparison, the article researches on mining technology in No.2 Open-pit Mine of Huaneng Yimin Coal and Electricity Company. The author obtains that the combined mining technology of wheel bucket process and single bucket-self-moving crusher semi-continuous mining technology was used for stripping above NO.15-1 coal seam; single bucket-mining process was adopted for stripping between NO.15-1 coal seam and NO.15-2 coal seam; the single bucket ＋ self-moving crusher belt conveyor semi-continuous mining technology was adopted for coal mining.
