摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、数理统计法等,阐述了高校田径教学中培养学生运动损伤防护意识的重要作用以及预防手段,旨在为提高教学的整体效果,避免运动损伤的发生提供参考。By using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper elaborates the important role of cultivating protection awareness and prevention measures of sports injuries in the track and field teaching in ordinary universities,in order to improve the overall teaching effect,prevent sports injuries and provide some references.
