摘 要:用综合评价法测算2001—2011年中国31个省级地区信息化发展指数(informatization development index,IDI)值,并结合(geographic information system,GIS)空间分析方法,按国家、三大区域、省际3种尺度进行时空差异分析。结果表明:国家信息化发展水平稳步提高;区域尺度上,东部地区信息化发展水平始终明显高于中、西部地区,且差距越来越大,中部地区一直略高于西部地区;省际尺度上,东部省际之间的数字鸿沟明显扩大,西部省际之间的数字鸿沟有所缩小,中部地区的基本保持不变。此外,还发现中国信息化发展是经济发展的延续和反应,但是信息化空间极化程度大于经济发展空间极化程度。Using of the gengral evaluation calculation, the research analysed informatization development index(IDI) between 2001 --2011 for 31 provinces of China with state, large region and province scales based on geographic information system(GIS) spa tial disparity. The results showed that IDI was steadily increased at state scale; At regional scale, the IDI in eastern China was significantly higher than that in the central and western China, and the IDI digital gap between the eastern and the central or western China became enlarged; the IDI of the central China is slightly higher than that of the western China; At provincial scale, the regional digital gap among eastern provinces in China was significantly great, and the regional digital gap among the western provinces was lessened gradually, while the regional digital gap among the central provinces was kept steadily. Additionally, it demonstrated that China information development was coordination with economic development , polarizability of informatization space was greater than that of the economic development space.
