摘　　要：从系统论角度,运用耗散结构论和熵理论的核心思想,对联盟网络的复杂性特征进行了充分阐述,在此基础上,分析了构建联盟网络对企业竞争优势影响的机理和路径,实现企业竞争优势的持续和优化。From the point of view of system theory, using the core idea of the Dissipative Structure Theory and Entropy Theory, this paper fully elaborated characteristics of the complexity of the network, on this basis, analyzed the construction of alliance network the mechanism and the way to impact on the enterprise competitive advantage, realize continuous and optimization of enterprise competition advantage.
